The Rooted Living Wellness Program is a structured coaching experience designed to support individuals build healthier lifestyle habits through nutrition awareness, natural wellness practices, and sustainable daily rhythms.
Throughout the program, we explore practical principles that support the body's natural systems while helping you better understand the foods you eat, the ingredients you encounter daily, and the habits that influence long-term wellness.
The goal is not quick fixes or restrictive protocols, but a return to simple practices that support the body and promote lasting well-being.

How the Program Works
The Rooted Living Wellness program takes place over eight weeks and includes one-on-one coaching sessions designed to support the development of sustainable lifestyle habits.
Sessions are held virtually and provide space for conversation, reflection, and exploration of the principles discussed throughout the program.
Each session builds upon the previous one, allowing participants to gradually cultivate greater awareness of their habits, routines, and everyday choices. Between sessions, participants begin applying simple adjustments to their daily rhythms while observing how these changes influence their overall well-being.
The focus of the program is not perfection, but developing a deeper awareness of the practices that support long-term wellness.
Program Investment is $400. The Initial Consultation fee ($95) will be applied toward the total program investment if you choose to enroll.

During this session, we discuss your lifestyle, wellness goals, and whether the program aligns with what you are seeking. If you choose to move forward with the program, the consultation fee ($95) will be applied toward your program investment ($400).
