Rooted Living Wellness focuses on education, awareness, and sustainable lifestyle habits rather than restrictive diets or extreme wellness protocols.

Important Note About Coaching

Rooted Living Wellness is an educational wellness coaching program designed to support healthier lifestyle habits through nutrition awareness, ingredient education, and holistic wellness practices.

This program does NOT diagnose, treat, or cure illness, disease, medical conditions, health issues, or vitamin deficiencies.

Clients who have medical concerns, ongoing symptoms, suspected nutrient deficiencies, or a need for clinical evaluation are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare provider.

For clients who would like deeper clinical support, lab testing, functional medicine evaluation, or supplement recommendations, they may consult Revive Telehealth & Wellness or their own healthcare provider.

Rooted Living Wellness coaching is intended to complement, not replace, medical care.

Ready to Begin Your Rooted Living Journey?

The first step in the Rooted Living Wellness program is an Initial Consultation. During this session, we will discuss your current lifestyle, wellness goals, and whether the program is the right fit for you.

If you decide to enroll in the Rooted Living Wellness program, the consultation fee will be applied toward your program investment.
